Government funding granted by the premier brevet program consists of a (non-refundable) contribution, which can reach half of the project’s eligible expenses, up to $25,000.
To be eligible for the program, this must be the first time that the applicant company is applying for intellectual property protection rights under circumstances considered valid by the program. Here is an overview of expenses legitimately recognized by the program:
